  • Fishing Attendant (Seasonal Part-Time)

    Love fishing, the outdoors, and meeting people? Crystal Lakes is seeking a friendly, dependable Fishing Attendant to patrol our lakes and ponds, assist anglers, verify badges and passes, and help ensure everyone enjoys a safe and enjoyable fishing experience. Training and an Association side-by-side are provided. Pay is $17.00 per hour with a flexible weekend schedule.

  • Member Services Assistant (Seasonal)

    Crystal Lakes Road & Recreation Association is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to help support our busy summer season. Working alongside our Office Manager, you'll assist property owners and guests, provide community information, and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.


    If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit. No prior knowledge of Crystal Lakes is required—we provide training on our services, policies, and community resources.
