Bear Gulch Easement & Trail Access

The Bear Gulch Easement is a valued recreational asset available exclusively to CLRRA property owners. Following a favorable court judgment, the Association has secured prescriptive use rights, officially granting property owners the legal right to access and enjoy this scenic route.

Currently, the Bear Gulch Easement is open for non-motorized use only. Approved activities include hiking, biking, and horseback riding. For the safety of all users and to preserve the natural environment, no OHVs, ATVs, or motor vehicles are permitted on the easement at any time.
