Annual Meeting

The 2023 -2024 Annual meeting will be held on Saturday June 10, 2023.  A proxy to establish quorum has been mailed to all members, if at least 79 proxies are returned, registration will not be necessary.  If the required number of proxies are not received, registration will begin at 1 pm, followed by the meeting scheduled for 2 pm.
