Annual CLRRA Assessments – Payment Information

The collection of annual assessments and other fees is essential to maintaining services and operations in our community. These funds support roads, recreation, and other vital services. Without them, the community's peace, health, and safety would be at risk.


Key Dates:

  • Due Date: June 1 each year
  • Past Due: After June 30
  • Invoices Sent: First week in May
  • Payment Plans: Available upon request

After Payment:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation and reference number.
  • Payments may take up to 4 business days to process.
  • Payment history is available for all transactions made online.


Important Notes:

  • Insufficient funds will result in fees from your bank.
  • You’re not required to pay online every year.
  • You must set up a separate username/password for each association (e.g., Road & Recreation and Water & Sewer).
