Homeowner Guide: Setting Up and Paying Your Crystal Lakes Accounts

Easy Online Account Access & Payments

The quickest and easiest way to view and pay your Crystal Lakes accounts is through Alliance Association Bank’s online payment portal.

Through the portal, you can:

• View your account information and balances.
• Manage both of your Crystal Lakes accounts under one login.
• Make payments online.
• Set up automatic payments (Auto Pay) for each account.

Step 1: Create Your Alliance Login

You only need to create ONE login. Once your login is established, you can add both of your Crystal Lakes accounts to the same account.

When adding your accounts, please nickname each account so that you can easily tell them apart.

We recommend using:

• Crystal Lakes Road and Recreation – [Your Address or Account Number]
• Crystal Lakes Water and Sewer – [Your Address or Account Number]

This will make it easier to switch between your two accounts when making payments or reviewing account information.

Step 2: Add Your Crystal Lakes Road & Recreation Account

Use the following information when setting up the account:

Association ID: CLR

Account Number:

Annual Amount Due: $799.00

Due Date: Yearly in June

When prompted for a nickname, use:

Step 3: Add Your Crystal Lakes Water & Sewer Account

Use the following information when setting up the second account:

Management ID: 6975

Association ID: CLW

Account Number

Annual Amount Due: Varies Per Property 

Due Date: Yearly in June

When prompted for a nickname, use:

Crystal Lakes Water and Sewer – [Your Address or Account Number]

Step 4: Choose How You Want to Pay

Once both accounts are added to your Alliance login, you can either make payments manually or set up Auto Pay.

Option 1: Make a Payment Manually

Log in to the Alliance portal and select the account you want to pay. Because both accounts are connected to your single login, you can easily switch between them.

Option 2: Set Up Auto Pay

If you prefer to have your payments made automatically, you can set up Auto Pay for each account individually.

Recommended Auto Pay Date:
We suggest selecting a date between the 1st and 5th of the month to help ensure your payment is processed before the due date and avoid late fees.

Please remember to set up Auto Pay for both accounts if you want both payments to be made automatically.
