    Are you a dynamic leader passionate about community management and outdoor recreation? CLRRA in Northern Colorado seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, financials, and facility and road maintenance.


    This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team of up to 8 staff (including heavy equipment operators) in a stunning mountain setting. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in community or property management, strong leadership skills, relevant certifications (CMCA required; AMS or PCAM a plus). 


    Salary starting at $100K (based on experience)

This part-time role includes measuring and tracking slash loads, collecting fees, and maintaining a safe and organized site.
