Who We Are
We are a Crystal Lakes neighborhood group of property owners who are trained volunteers and who are available to assist our Crystal Lakes neighbors and:
- Educate other property owners about the pine beetle problem.

Our Training
All Beetle Buster team members complete a training program with an expert forest health consultant or other trained team members. However, we are not professional foresters or experts in the field of forestry. Novice team members are encouraged to do inspections with more experienced team members. Electronic communications are offered periodically to help keep team members in touch with the latest developments.
Our Funding
All Beetle Busters are volunteers and our services are free and without obligation to other Crystal Lakes property owners. Our support and funding is provided by the Crystal Lakes Road and Recreation
Association through our affiliation with the Greenbelt Management Committee.
Donations to the Beetle Buster team are welcomed to help cover our costs for materials and supplies and would be gratefully appreciated!
